The FICC is a legal cooperative open to all financial institutions with operations in Michigan. Bodman PLC attorneys provide high-level research, analysis, and advice on a range of regulatory and operational issues to the FICC as a whole, and the cost of those services is apportioned among all members.
All members share in the work product produced on behalf of the FICC. Through FICC membership, even small community banks have access to the most sophisticated yet practical legal advice available in Michigan at a reasonable cost.
About the Financial Institutions Compliance Cooperative (FICC)

Jim Conboy, a bank attorney from Cheboygan, forms two compliance cooperatives to help community banks comply with increasingly complex federal regulations.
